Important notice:

After the fulfilment of admission conditions, including the payment of the full amount of tuition fee, each applicant for the Language and Academic Preparation for Foreigners in Slovak Language will receive “Confirmation of admission to the Language and Academic Preparation for Foreigners in Slovak Language to university study” which is part of the relevant attachments to the application for national "type D" visas. Due to limited capacities, the university cannot guarantee accommodation in the relevant EU student dormitories in Bratislava.

The Bratislava University of Economics and Business shall exclude any participant from the educational programme:

  • For a binding breach of obligation .
  • For not participating in the education for a period longer than 10 working days without a written notification of the reason for the non-participation.

In such a case, the date of termination of the educational programme is the 11th day of unexcused absence.

Accommodation: Due to ongoing reconstruction work on the relevant student dormitories, the university has limited accommodation capacities in the academic year of 2025/2026 and therefore cannot guarantee accommodation for all foreign students of language education. After the allocated limit of beds in the relevant student dormitories has been assigned, the university can recommend contacts for commercial accommodation facilities outside the university, which the student will arrange and pay for individually.
